Shipping Policy
Aloebras partners with major domestic shipping carriers, including USPS, FedEx, and UPS, to deliver comfort directly to your doorstep. We currently offer reliable shipping across the United States.
Order and Payment
- Billing: Your order will be charged upon placement.
- Verification: All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping.
- Fraud Prevention: To prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or those requiring additional verification may experience delays or be canceled.
Shipping Process
- Fulfillment: On average, we require 2–5 business days to process and fulfill your order before it is handed off to the carrier.
- Peak Seasons: Some items may take longer during high-volume periods or if your order includes high-demand items facing stock availability issues.
- No Changes: Once your order enters the processing stage, we cannot make any changes, including address modifications.
- Operating Hours: We ship on business days only (Monday–Friday) and do not operate on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays.
Tracking
- Tracking Numbers: All orders include tracking numbers.
- Confirmation: You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
- Update Delay: It may take 24–48 hours for tracking information to update once the carrier receives the package.
- Support: If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and no tracking info is available, please contact us.
Delivery Estimates
We ship within the United States. While specific delivery dates are not guaranteed, here is our standard estimate:
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 Business Days
- Processing Time: Note that this estimate does not include our 2–5 day internal processing time.
- Delays: Aloebras is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, carrier labor disputes, or high-volume federal holidays.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Liability: Aloebras is not liable for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
- Claims: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
- Verification: We rely on carrier timestamps for all delivery confirmations.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
- Buyer Responsibility: Buyers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
- Immediate Fulfillment: Because our fulfillment begins immediately, we cannot retrieve or change an address once the order is in process.
- Double Check: Please double-check your suite, apartment, or unit numbers before clicking "Order".
